What does Ensor's painting "Self-Portrait with Flower Hat" say to you? During "Paroles, paroles, paroles", a collaboration between CVO Scala and artist Lieven Neirinck, people from different ethnic backgrounds describe the work for the first time. They tell in their language what they see and feel. CVO Scala's photography students portray them close up; at the bottom is their country of origin. All portraits are brought together in one touchscreen. With a QR code, you can hear each description on your smartphone. In Spanish, English, French, but also in Norwegian, Littouws and so many more lesser-known languages. Ensor is an internationally famous man.
